We made fresh food for our own dogs first. Then the neighbours started asking.

FetchFood started in a Bavdhan kitchen in 2023, after our Indie, Bagheera, refused his sixth bag of kibble. We learned to cook complete-and-balanced meals from scratch — with a vet on speed dial — and within a month, three neighbours wanted in.

Today we cook ~600 bowls a day from a dedicated FSSAI-licensed kitchen, source meat from the same suppliers Pune's nicest restaurants use, and deliver across the city in under 60 minutes via Shiprocket Quick. We're also India's first fresh dog food brand to land on Zomato.

The kitchen

FSSAI-licensed, sanitised between batches, with a dedicated cool-chain. Our chef has 14 years in fine-dining; our vet-nutritionist is Dr. Aanchal Bhide, BVSc. We test every batch for crude protein, fat, fibre, moisture and ash, and post the analysis on the product page.

Delivery

Single orders go via Shiprocket Quick (Ola / Borzo / partner riders) and arrive in 45–90 minutes. Subscriptions go out on Sundays in insulated boxes via our own riders. Monthly subscribers get free delivery — that's our way of saying thank you for the long haul.
