Returns & Refunds

Our bowls are fresh, perishable food cooked the same day we ship. Because of that, we don't take returns — but we do refund or replace any bowl that arrives spoiled, incorrect or doesn't arrive at all.

1. When you can ask for a refund

  • Bowl arrives spoiled, broken, leaking or visibly tampered with.
  • You received the wrong recipe or wrong size.
  • An item is missing from the order.
  • The delivery never arrived and tracking confirms it.

Email support@fetchfood.in or call +91 77987 73994 within 24 hours of receipt with your order code and a photo where applicable. We'll either re-send the bowl on our next run or refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2. Cancellations

Single orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before our kitchen starts cooking (we'll confirm by message). Once cooking has started, the bowl is yours.

3. Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Any already-cooked or already-dispatched cycle is non-refundable, but future cycles are not charged. If a cycle is charged in error after cancellation, we refund in full within 5–7 working days.

4. Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment instrument via Razorpay. UPI typically settles within 1–2 working days, cards within 5–7. We can also credit your FetchFood wallet immediately if you prefer faster turnaround on future orders.
