We collect the minimum we need to cook for your dog and get the bowl to your door. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
- Account info: phone number, name, hashed password.
- Pet info: name, breed, age, weight, activity, allergies, goal — used to recommend portions.
- Delivery info: address, landmark, area, pincode, phone for the rider.
- Order history: products, quantities, prices, payment status.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. We store only the Razorpay reference IDs, not card numbers or UPI handles.
- Technical data: cookies for sign-in sessions and cart state, basic logs for fraud and debugging.
2. How we use it
To fulfil your orders, run your subscription, contact you about deliveries or issues, calculate portions for your pet, and improve the menu. We don't sell your data to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: Razorpay for payments, Neon for our database, our SMTP provider for transactional email, and our own delivery rider for the address on the box. Each is contractually obligated to use the data only on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for your sign-in session and cart. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep order history for as long as we're legally required to (typically 8 years for tax purposes). You can request deletion of your account and personally identifiable data at any time; the underlying order records are anonymised.
6. Your rights
You can view and edit your account and pet info from your dashboard. To request deletion or correction of any other data, email support@fetchfood.in. We respond within 30 days.
