Terms of Service

By using the FetchFood website, app or services (collectively, "Services") operated by FetchFood Foods Pvt. Ltd. ("FetchFood", "we", "us"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to place orders. By ordering, you confirm that the food is for a pet under your care and that you accept responsibility for portioning and storage.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password safe, and for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately at support@fetchfood.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Orders, prices and payments

Prices on the Services are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also accept Razorpay's terms. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew per the plan you choose (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) until you pause or cancel from your account. You can skip individual cycles or cancel anytime — see Refunds for cycle-level details.

5. Food handling and disclaimer

FetchFood meals are cooked fresh in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen and dispatched the same day. Once delivered, the meal must be refrigerated within an hour, consumed within 3 days, or frozen for up to a month. FetchFood is not a substitute for veterinary care; consult a vet for prescription diets, allergies, or medical conditions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — recipes, photos, logos, code — is owned by FetchFood. You may not copy, scrape or resell it without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchFood's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or via email to active subscribers.
